I recently got married on June 21, 2008 to the love of my life that i have been with for over 3 years now and we are expecting a little baby girl and we have decided to name her Kayleigh M*. She is due on October 16, 2008 so only 12 weeks and some days left to go!!! The reason i need everyone to pray for her though is because i went to the doctor on July 16, 2008 and the doctor told me something shocking that i didnt expect to hear. He told me that i have developed Genital Warts on my private area and it worried me because of my unborn daughter. So as soon as i got home i went online and looked it up. Yes its a sexually transmitted disease but my husband is clean and i havent slept with anyone else besides him so thats why we are confused on how i ended up getting it. But when i looked online to find some more information out i learned that my daughter has a chance of catching it in her vaginal area as well or even her mouth and throat which could be life threatening for her because it can block her air passage way and kill her. So please keep in your prayers that my daughter is safe and born healthy and not with this disease and that i am able to get cured from it as well so i can bring more children into this world and not have to worry about them catching it as well. We are having our first child and we had planned to have 2 more but not if they will be at risk with this disease. But please keep kayleigh in your prayers!!! She was doing really well until lately when her cancer marker stopped decreasing. Her life has been extremely hard lately, not only because of her cancer, which has been going on for about two years, but also because about two years ago(and this was before she got cancer)her daughter and my cousin April overdosed on heroin and died. Her death was extremely hard on the entire family but especially on my aunt Amy. She is still recovering from April's death, as are we all. I am adding my aunt Amy's name to as many internet prayer lists as I can find in hope that the joined prayer will help to cure her cancer. I don't know what I would do without her. She is the most vibrant person, even when she is on chemotherapy. That is why I am sending this out to you. Please pray for my aunt Amy. Please pray for Amanda H* Category: Health and Healing 5/19/2008 11:58 AM Amanda Tadlock H* underwent brain surgery Thursday, May 1, at St. Josephs Hospital to remove a Glioblastoma brain tumor. H* was diagnosed with a tumor located in the frontal lobe of the brain on Monday, April 28. She was sent immediately to St. Josephs Hospital for more test to be ran. While there the MRI showed a tumor the size of a lemon that was swelled up even larger then that. Before going into surgery on Thursday they gave her medicine to bring down the swelling and that seemed to have helped. After the surgery the doctor spoke with the family and informed them that he believes he was able to get 90 percent of the tumor out. From samples he sent to the pathologist he believes it to be a high grade glioblastoma brain tumor. Once the test results are back the doctor will get H* started on chemotherapy and radiation. So far H* is already progressing with her recovery at a rapid pace. She is already getting up out of bed and walking around, and being able to hold conversations with family and friends. They have also moved her out of ICU and into her own room. H* is a graduate of Deer Park High School class of 97. She was born May 25, 1979, and is married to her high school sweetheart Josh H*. Josh and Amanda H* started dating their sophomore year in high school and were married Aug. 4, 2001. The two of them share two beautiful children, Arianne, 5, and Joey, 3. H* is the daughter of Glenn T* and Sheila T* and the daughter in law of Joe and Pam H*. I am her only daughter, Ashley 25. The doctors say she is in end stage liver faluire. I have been taking care of her on my own and struggling to do so. There are bad times but there are also really good times. She is my best friend, and such an awesome lady. She has changed the lives of so many people. She is 79 years old and was rushed to the hospital thinking she had a very bad asthma attack. The next day she had a mild heart attack. We have since found out she needs triple by-pass surgery, But she may not be candidate because of weight and her lungs are in such bad shape. We are a young family of 5 and just cannot seem to get it together. My husband is an IT Specialist currently working for a company that has a government contract. This was supposed to be a temporary job, but once he got in there it seemed to suck up all his time and the job hunt slowly took the back burner. We have NO benefits, only 1 week of paid time off per year. No medical, dental, vision, 401k, nothing. We have a 9 year old who needs glasses- we cannot afford it, I need a root canal- we cannot afford it, my husband needs an eye exam- we cannot afford anything. This company doesn't pay nearly enough and we are slowly sinking into a financial pit from which we will not be able to climb out of. We have been searching for months now for a job he's qualified for, but we keep getting rejection letters. Meanwhile, the kids are beginning to feel the tension. My husband has a back injury that he incurred while in the Air Force, the job he has right now requires a bunch of heavy lifting and walking and standing for long periods of time and this causes him ridiculous amounts of pain. When he comes home, he just wants to sit or lay down. The kids want to play with him, but he can't and it makes him cry. He's beginning to think and say that he's useless and that just hurts my heart. I am seeking prayer for a better job for my husband, for a job that will increase our quality of life and take a substantial amount of worry off of his shoulders.
